Conditions for Return/Exchange:

– Items can be returned/exchanged only if they have defects or if the wrong item was sent.

– We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guide before making a purchase.

Return/Exchange Procedure:

– For Lagos-based customers, items must be returned within 24 hours of receipt.

– For customers outside Lagos, items must be sent back via waybill within 48 hours of receipt.

– Once the return is received at our store, we will process the replacement. If a replacement is not available and the customer opts not to substitute, a store credit will be issued, which can be used for future orders.
